In that game there was a triforse joke. Trainforce. SO, the “joke” of this picture is somewhat overcomplicated.

There are 3 items that became trainforce. You can find two easily, but last one is seemingly with Azusa. When you get it and trainforce  gets created, that Azusa’s item is in the same part of trainforce, where is courage in triforce. She’s link of the trains.

That thing she tries to take in the picture - Brass triangle key, of the somewhat unusual form, though. Keys like that are used in railroad - some locks in trains, buildings, all that. it is triangle. Like triforce (somewhat).
